3 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg

Cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine water, vinegar, and egg. Beat it with fork until uniform color. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients. Stir together until moistened.
