PASTA VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 box curly pasta, cooked
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Snow peas
Carrots
Mushrooms
Oregano
Black olives
Green olives
Cherry tomatoes
Zucchini
Italian salad dressing
Parsley flakes
Salt & pepper

Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces and combine vegetables and pasta. In small bowl make mixture of 1/2 bottle of dressing, salt, pepper and parsley flakes (I use half creamy Italian dressing). Toss pasta and vegetables with dressing, using enough to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate several hours (or overnight). Use your imagination and use whatever you like... onions, peppers, pepperoni, cheese, etc.
