OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut the potatoes into 8 wedges each. Arrange the wedges, peel side down, in a large shallow baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender. Baste occasionally with oil mixture. Serves 8.
