CABBAGE - PASTA SALAD 
1 (7 or 8 oz.) pkg. macaroni rings, cooked, drained, and rinsed with cold water
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. scraped or lightly peeled, chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 or 5 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots (if desired)

DRESSING:

Combine with whisk: (or salad dressing mixed with low or no-fat yogurt to make 1 c.) 2 to 4 tbsp. sugar (as desired) 1/3 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. pepper Salt as desired

Mix dressing with other ingredients. Chill.
