PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
CAKE INGREDIENTS:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 box (16 oz.) powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine cake ingredients in large bowl. Mix smooth. Pour into greased 15 x 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool

ICING:

Combine first 4 ingredients, beat until smooth. Spread on cake and sprinkle with nuts. This is a large, moist cake to serve many.
