CHOCOLATE MOCHA CAKES 
Sift together:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar

Add to above:

1/2 c. shortening (oleo)
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. coffee

Beat mixture for 2 minutes.

Add:

1/3 c. buttermilk (additional)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat for 2 additional minutes. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan (greased) for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
