1 unbaked pie crust
24 Ritz crackers
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all together except Ritz crackers. Broil to a boil. Add crackers and boil for 2 minutes. Don't stir. Cool and pour into uncooked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees until crust is done.
