2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
24 Ritz crackers
Dash cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
Little lemon juice
2 pie crust

Put sugar, water and cream of tartar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add crackers and cook for 2 minutes. Add spices and lemon juice if mixture is too sweet. Bake in 2 pie crusts at 350 degrees until golden brown.
