POPPIN FRESH BARBECUPS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 to 2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack refrigerated flakey biscuits
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 muffin cups. Brown beef in large skillet. Drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, onions, brown sugar. Cook about 1 minute to blend flavors, stirring constantly. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place in muffin cups and press firmly in bottom and up sides forming a 1/4 inch rim. Spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture into each biscuit. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 10 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
