CHEESE CORN CHOWDER 
1 quart milk
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheese
2 cans creamed corn

Saute onion in butter until transparent. Add flour, make smooth mixture. Pour in milk and stir until slightly thick. Add corn, cheese, salt and pepper. Heat through but do not boil.
