OATMEAL CARAMEL BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
3 tbsp. flour

Blend crust and press 1/2 mixture in 9"x13" pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts. Blend flour and caramel, spread over chips. Sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top. Bake 15 minutes.
