8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 2tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. caramel extract

Combine until smooth. Add 1 cup Spanish peanuts, chopped. Serve as a dip for apple slices.
