8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. caramel topping
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. pecans, chopped

Soften cream cheese and blend with caramel topping, brown sugar, vanilla and pecans. Dip sliced apples into the mixture to eat.
