GRANDMOM'S CHILE SAUCE 
12 tomatoes, skinned
2 onions, minced
2 red bell peppers, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 pt. (3 c.) vinegar
1 tbsp. whole allspice
1 tsp. ground allspice

Boil slowly 1 1/2 hours. Great served with roast beef.
