ORIENTAL NOODLE PASTA SALAD | |
5 1/2 oz. uncooked spiral pasta 8 oz. frozen sugar peas, thawed 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots 1/3 c. oil 2 tbsp. sugar 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant oriental noodles with flavor pkt. Cook spiral pasta to desired doneness. Drain, rinse with cold water. In large bowl, combine spiral pasta, sugar, snap peas and carrots. In small bowl, combine oil, sugar and oriental flavor packet; blend well. Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Just before serving, break oriental noodles into pieces. Add noodle pieces to salad and toss. |
