CRUSTLESS APPLE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. water
8-9 med. sized apples, peeled, cored, sliced

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Blend sugar and cinnamon in medium saucepan. Add apples and water; stir and boil for 10 minutes. Pour mixture into greased pie plate.

In medium bowl mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
