GLAZED HAM LOAF 
2 lbs. ground smoked ham
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
4 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. parsley
2 lb. fresh ground lean pork
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk

GLAZE:

1/2 lb. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. cider

Combine all ingredients well and shape into 2 loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, remove from oven and baste with glaze. Return to 350 degrees oven and bake 1 hour longer. Glaze: Combine all ingredients, mix well and boil 1 minute.
