GOLDEN GLAZED HAM | |
1 (4 to 5 lb.) boneless cured and smoked ham or canned ham 1 (10 oz.) jar pure orange marmalade 1/2 c. orange juice 1 tbsp. mustard 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1/4 tsp. ground ginger Whole cloves 1/3 c. raisins Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place meat, fat side up, on rack in baking pan, score fat. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Mix together marmalade, juice, mustard, ground cloves and ginger in saucepan; simmer 5 minutes. Spoon half of marmalade mixture over meat; stud with whole cloves, if desired. Continue baking 30 minutes. Stir raisins into remaining marmalade mixture. Serve with meat. 10 to 12 servings. |
