APRICOT CHICKEN (BARACKOS
CSIRKE)
 
4 chicken breasts or cut up chicken
1/2 c. apricot jam
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins
Black pepper to taste
1/4 c. water

Mix together all ingredients except chicken. Coat chicken mixture and layer pieces flat in baking dish or cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Turn chicken and bake another 30-40 minutes until chicken is tender.
