APRICOT CHICKEN 
1 fryer (3-4 lb.) cut in pieces
1 jar apricot preserves
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 jar French dressing, optional
Handful of rosemary

1. Place cut pieces of chicken in baking pan.

2. Mix next 3 or 4 ingredients and cover the chicken.

3. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 1 hour, until tender and browned.

4. Bake covered for first 1/2 hour.
