APRICOT CHICKEN 
1 sm. bottle Catalina dressing
1 (8 oz.) Apricot preserves
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Mix above ingredients together and let sit. (This mixture may be done days ahead. Remove skin from chicken. Dry chicken. Place in 9 x 13 dish. Cover with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until tender.
