1 pkg. butter brickle cake mix
1 pkg. instant coconut pudding mix
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. hot water

Beat together all the ingredients for 4 minutes. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake 50 minutes at 325 degrees.

NOTE: Butter brickle cake mix is hard to find, so I use a yellow cake mix and add butter brickle bits.
