BUTTER BRICKLE DELIGHT 
1 lg. can peaches
Butter brickle cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Butter 9x13 inch cake pan. Pour large can of peaches, juice and all, on bottom of cake pan. Sprinkle 1 box butter brickle cake mix evenly over peaches. Melt 1 stick butter, then pour over the cake mix. Then sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts over butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 12-16 pieces.
