1/2 lb. Italian sausage crumbled and fried
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 lg. eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (white pepper)

Grease deep dish pie plate or casserole dish. Sprinkle sausage onion and cheese in bottom. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake in 400 degree oven about 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
