1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
3 Heath or Skor candy bars
1 layer devils food cake (according to cake box recipe)
1/4-1/2 c. Kahlua
1 can cherry pie filling (if desired)

Cut devils food cake in half lengthwise. Pour 1/4 cup Kahlua on cake. Layer with half of the Cool Whip. Crunch Heath Bar; sprinkle half on top. Do again next layer. For a richer cake, top with cherry pie filling. Keep refrigerated!
