1 head cauliflower, broken into sm. pieces
1/2 head lettuce, torn into sm. pieces
1 1/2 - 2 c. mayonnaise
1/2-3/4 c. sugar
About 2 tbsp. vinegar
Bacon bits
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar until creamy and sugar is dissolved. In large bowl mix cauliflower, lettuce and onion. Add dressing just until coated and sprinkle with bacon bits.
