TORTILLA DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 can chili con-carne, no beans
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
4 green onions, chopped, including tops
1 med. onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot; set on low temperature about 3 hours, until cheeses are melted. Stir occasionally.

For spicier flavor add 3 or 4 tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers. Serve with flour tortilla chips.
