DELICIOUS KRAUT SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) can Bush's Best Shredded Kraut
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. (5%) vinegar
1 c. grated carrots (2 lg. carrots)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced green or ripe olives
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed

Drain kraut. Put in mixing bowl. Combine sugar and vinegar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes and cool slightly. Pour over kraut. Add other ingredients. Mix well. Chill several hours or overnight.
