1 box light brown sugar
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites, beaten

Cook above ingredients together, until a soft ball forms in cold water that you can pick up with your fingers. Add to egg whites and beat until soft peaks form and you can spoon out on wax paper and seafoam will stand up in a peak.
