CHICKEN WINGS 
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Boil until it thickens. Pour over chicken wings. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
