INDIAN FRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. buttermilk

Mix well. Shape into "patties" and fry in shortening until VERY lightly browned.

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon if you like.
