BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 c. mashed cooked broccoli
1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, grated
1/2 carton sour cream
2 c. grated sharp cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients except the 1 cup of grated cheese. Place in a buttered baking dish and cover with the remaining grated cheese. Bake 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
