CRAB LOUIS 
2 c. crab meat
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
A little salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 finely chopped hard cooked eggs
2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
2-3 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. catsup

Combine crab, celery, onion and salt. Arrange in lettuce cups. Combine remaining ingredients for dressing. Cover crab mixture with dressing, sprinkle with paprika. Or all ingredients can be mixed together and put on lettuce. Garnish with black olives, radishes, hard cooked egg quarters, or as desired. Makes 4 servings.
