QUICK DO-NUTS | |
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits Polyunsaturated oil 1 c. powdered sugar 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Do-nut hole cutter (or small shot glass will do) Cut each biscuit so hole is in middle. Two inches of oil in frying pan or use deep fryer. Heat to 375 degrees. Drop biscuits into oil, cook 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or golden around edges, turn and cook until golden on other side. Drain on paper towels. Place sugar and spices in brown bag. Drop biscuits in bag, shake to coat. Serve warm and enjoy. |
