PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
5 egg yolks, reserve whites
5 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Cook all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until thick. Pour into a precooked pie shell. Top with meringue and bake to brown meringue.
