FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. nuts

Mix together and press into bottom of pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees and cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix together and spread over cooled crust. Chill.

THIRD LAYER:

2 packages chocolate instant pudding
3 c. cold milk

Mix pudding to thicken and spread over second layer. Chill.

FOURTH LAYER:

Cool Whip

Spread Cool Whip (approximately 2 cups) over pudding layer. Chill and serve.
