FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
1 stick butter, softened

Combine ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Blend ingredients well and spread on first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding any flavor (I prefer chocolate)
3 c. cold milk

Mix pudding. Pour over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top and garnish with chocolate shavings and eat. Wonderful!
