PUMPKIN SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. quick oats
3/4 c. butter

FILLING:

1 lg. can pumpkin
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs (or Egg Beaters)
1 c. milk

Sift flour, salt and soda. Add oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter until like coarse meal. Place 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan.

Blend sugar and spices. Add pumpkin. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add milk and blend. Pour over crumbs in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle rest of crumbs. Bake 30 minute more.

Flavor is better if squares stand a day or two after baking. Cut and serve with a dab of Cool Whip or ice cream or yogurt on top.
