MICROWAVE CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/2 of a 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. thin sliced carrots
1/2 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. milk
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. ham (deli sliced ham ok)
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water

Defrost broccoli, squeeze out moisture. In 1 quart casserole, combine broccoli, carrot, 1/2 cup water and chicken bouillon. Microwave cook covered on High 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in milk, cheese, meat and pepper. In small bowl add 1/4 cup water and flour. Stir into soup mixture. Cook, covered, on High 5 minutes until thick and bubbly, stirring every minute or so. Microwave cook uncovered 1 minute or more. Easy but good!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
