JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
3 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. cream style corn
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9"x16" ungreased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
