HUSBAND'S DELIGHT 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mushroom soup
1/4 c. catsup
8 to 10 refrigerator biscuits

Mix in a skillet, brown ground beef and onions; drain off fat. Add cream cheese and catsup to ground beef. Transfer to a large casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Then top with biscuits and bake an additional 10 to 20 minutes until biscuits are browned.
