NO - BAKE FUDGE OATIES 
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

In a large bowl combine oats, coconut and cocoa powder; set aside.

In a 2 quart saucepan, stir sugar and milk. Add butter. Over medium heat, bring to full rolling boil, stirring occasionally. Pour over oats mixture and stir until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand at least 2 hours. Store in airtight container.
