CARROT MUFFINS 
1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. flour & 2 tbsp.
1 c. Bran Buds
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. coconut

Mix together egg, sugar, oil and milk. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Yield: 12 muffins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
