1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 1/3 c. instant potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, 1/3 cup potatoes, egg, salt, pepper, onion, catsup and milk. Spread in ungreased pie pan. Cook uncovered for 35-40 minutes.

Prepare remaining potatoes as directed on box for 4 servings. Top cooked meat mixture with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook another 3-4 minutes to melt cheese.
