CRISP APPLE SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
4 c. diced apples
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/4 c. chopped celery

Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours. Makes 10 servings.
