OMELETTES - D. J. STYLE 
3 lg. eggs
1/2 bell pepper
1 c. chopped ham
1 c. chopped bacon
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped green
Paprika

Beat eggs in medium sized mixing bowl. Add milk to thin batter. Melt butter in large skillet (do not burn butter, please). Allow eggs to slowly cook. Then add bell pepper, chopped ham, chopped bacon, grated cheese, and green onion on top of eggs. Fold egg in three parts and allow to simmer until egg is completely cooked. Remove and sprinkle with paprika. Serve hot.
