BAKED APPLES 
12 apples
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
Butter
Cornflakes

Cut and slice apples thin into a casserole dish. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons sugar, then 2 teaspoons flour, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, over first layer of apples. Repeat until dish is filled.

TOPPING:

2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon

Then slice of butter to cover the top. Pour 1/2 cup water on the top, DO NOT STIR. Sprinkle cornflakes for crisping on top after water. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
