HOT DOG RELISH 
4 c. onion, finely chopped
4 c. cabbage, finely chopped
4 c. green tomatoes, finely chopped
12 green peppers, finely chopped (or less)
1/2 c. salt

Mix together; sprinkle with salt. Let sit overnight. Rinse thoroughly. 2 tbsp. mustard seed 1 tbsp. celery seed 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric 4 c. cider vinegar 2 c. water

Mix rest of ingredients together. Pour over vegetables. Heat to boiling. Simmer for 3 minutes. Seal in hot jars.
