AL'S OVERNIGHT POTATO TIP | |
Potatoes Aluminum foil Butter Seasoning Skillet or frying pan Here is a tip for a tasty side dish. When having your evening meal soak some whole potatoes in water then wrap them in foil. Place these on your cooking coals until soft and turn occasionally. Yes these make a good compliment to your evenings meal but you can save some of these spuds for the morning breakfast. All you have to do is peel the foil from the potatoes and dice them up. Then butter a skillet or frying pan and fry until slightly brown. Season to taste. They make great home fries. With less preparation for your morning meal. |
