JANET'S TANDY CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Whip ingredients together with mixer. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan or cookie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately drop teaspoons of peanut butter on top and spread as thick or thin as desired. Cool completely. Melt chocolate chips and spread over the top. Cut into squares.
